From Excel to a business system

Still running everything in a spreadsheet?

I take your spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheets…) and turn it into a ready-to-use web system in one week: same data, but with multi-user access, search, history and access from any device. One tool, no more files that break.

Prototype in one week €500 + from €50/month Your data stays yours

Excel is letting you down if…

  • the file corrupts, or there are a thousand versions
  • you don't know who changed what
  • you can't open it on a phone or away from the office
  • formulas break and errors creep in
  • no history, no permissions
Three steps

How it works

You upload your Excel

Your file is already the specification: its columns and tabs become the structure of the system.

It is online in one week

A working version with your real data: logins, search, record pages, history, from any device.

I keep it evolving

Changes and improvements are included in the monthly fee (depending on the band). You get on with the work, I look after the software.
Who it is for

Who it is for

For any business that runs its data in a spreadsheet today. A few examples:

Studi professionali

Clienti, pratiche, scadenze, documenti.

Artigiani & servizi

Interventi, preventivi, clienti, manutenzioni.

Noleggi & prenotazioni

Disponibilità, calendario, contratti.

Negozi & ingrosso

Ordini, magazzino, listini, fornitori.

Studi su appuntamento

Appuntamenti, abbonamenti, clienti.

Associazioni & scuole

Iscritti, corsi, quote, presenze.

None of these fit? It still works: if you run it in a spreadsheet, it can be turned into a system.

What you get and what it costs

What you get: the prototype (€500)
