Footility's AI works on top of the data your system already produces: it summarises documents, searches by meaning, classifies requests, drafts replies and answers through a RAG chatbot on your knowledge base. LLM routing on the backend (Claude/GPT/Mistral), no API keys in the client's hands, personal data masked. Not a decorative chatbot and not an opaque premium tier: a multiplier on the modules you already have.

Automatic summaries
Emails, documents, tickets and notes become a readable summary in seconds. Open the record, read what matters, decide.
Semantic search
You search by meaning, not by exact wording: "contracts expiring with clause X" finds what you meant, even when it was written differently.
Classification
Requests, leads and documents routed and labelled on their own (urgency, type, sector), so they reach whoever handles them already sorted.
Drafted replies
The AI drafts replies to emails and requests using your data and your tone. You read it over and send: no blank page.
RAG chatbot
An assistant that answers from your knowledge base (procedures, price lists, history), with sources — not with invented answers.
Agentic automation
Flows that read, decide and act on your data (extract → classify → update → notify), with a log of what was done.
How it is built

- LLM routing on the backend. I pick the right model (Claude/GPT/Mistral) for cost and task. You handle no keys and no providers.
- PII masking. Personal data is masked before anything leaves for the model. Privacy by design.
- Token auditing. You see what the AI consumes: no surprise invoices, cost tied to the iteration that includes it.
- On your data, not instead of it. The AI reads what the system produces; it does not replace your process, it speeds it up.
- No lock-in. Data and code stay yours. AI is a module: add it where it helps, drop it when it doesn't.
- Closed scope. Every AI automation is an iteration: scope, output and price agreed up front, release verified.
